<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">LA/LGB CBP has noted the following for non-passenger vessels:

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New";color:windowtext">CBP LA/LGB has resumed all services to normal regulations.  They are boarding vessels again, inspecting crew, and not detaining all crew nor requiring mandatory guard while at terminal.  On/off signers are being allowed as usual.<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">All Certificates, CBP Receipts, documents (I-418, I-1303, I-1304) Will still be emailed to agent prior to arrival so that they may send to CBP for pre-approval.<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will require all air passengers entering the United States (including U.S. citizens and Legal Permanent Residents) to present a negative COVID-19 test, taken within three calendar days of departure or proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days.

<span-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">Airlines must confirm the negative test result or proof of recovery for all passengers two years of age and over prior to boarding. Airlines must deny boarding of passengers who do not provide documentation of a negative test or recovery.
